SMS Text Messaging Program
How you join
You join our messaging program by checking one or both of the consent boxes on a form on this website. The two consent boxes are separate and independent: one covers marketing messages and one covers informational and customer care messages. Neither box is pre-checked, and neither is required in order to submit the form or to receive services from us. You will only receive the category of messages you specifically consented to.
Types of messages you will receive
Marketing messages (if you consented to them) may include promotions, special offers, event announcements, community news, and updates about The Berkeley at Short Pump.
Informational and customer care messages (if you consented to them) may include responses to your inquiries, tour and appointment scheduling and reminders, account-related updates, and care or service coordination.

Cost

How to stop messages (opt out)
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to be unsubscribed. After you reply STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message acknowledging that you have been opted out, and you will receive no further messages from that program unless you sign up again.
You can also opt out by calling us at (804) 741-8880 or emailing inquiries@berkeleysp.com. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to contact us by phone or email, and does not affect any services you receive from us.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and on factors outside our control. Neither we nor your wireless carrier guarantee that messages will be delivered, or delivered on time.
Supported carriers and devices
Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Messages require a mobile device capable of receiving SMS. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please tell us so we do not send messages to someone who did not consent to them.
Your privacy
Your mobile number and consent choices are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
